Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Butter (to saute Onion)
  • 1 clove minced Garlic
  • 4 cups chopped veggies of choice (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Mushrooms, Potato, Asparagus, Kale, Brussel Sprouts, etc)
  • Broth or water, enough to cover veggies
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half & Half
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • Garlic Salt
  • Pepper
Directions
  1. Saute Onion, Garlic, and Mushrooms in Butter.
  2. Simmer veggies 6 min in enough Water or Broth to cover completely.
  3. Turn down heat and add Cream and Cheese.
  4. Season to taste with Garlic Salt and Pepper.
