Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Garlic Salt
  • Pepper
Directions
  1. Scrub sweet potatoes (1 or 2) Cut into 1/4 in slices with corrugated slicer (if you have one, or knife if not)
  2. Fry in cocnut oil (with lid on, stirring frequently) until brown.
  3. Season with Garlic Salt & Pepper
