Ingredients
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Butter (to saute Onion)
- 1 clove minced Garlic
- 4 cups chopped veggies of choice (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Mushrooms, Potato, Asparagus, Kale, Brussel Sprouts, etc)
- Broth or water, enough to cover veggies
- 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half & Half
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- Garlic Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Saute Onion, Garlic, and Mushrooms in Butter.
- Simmer veggies 6 min in enough Water or Broth to cover completely.
- Turn down heat and add Cream and Cheese.
- Season to taste with Garlic Salt and Pepper.
